MANPOWER COMMITTEE

The Manpower Committee comprises a majority of Non-Executive Directors. The General Manager for Corporate Services and the Head of Human Resources attend meetings by invitation. The committee meets at least four times a year. The committee is responsible for the company’s human resources policy issues and terms and conditions of service. The company continues to subscribe to a compensation philosophy, which ensures that it attracts and retains skilled personnel. Staff compensation levels and manpower development proposals made by the committee are presented to the board for approval
