INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE

The Information Technology Committee is chaired by a Non-Executive Director and has a majority of Non-Executive Directors. The committee reviews and evaluates the relevance of I.T. systems in use and makes appropriate recommendations to the Main Board .
